該變送器專業應用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)管(guan)(guan)道溫(wen)濕度(du)(du)(du)測(ce)量,采用(yong)(yong)(yong)標準(zhun)(zhun)工(gong)業接(jie)口4~20mA/0~10V/0~5V模擬量信號輸(shu)出,可(ke)接(jie)入現(xian)場數顯(xian)表、PLC、變頻(pin)器、工(gong)控主機等設備。采用(yong)(yong)(yong)進口溫(wen)濕度(du)(du)(du)測(ce)量單元,漂移小、精(jing)準(zhun)(zhun)度(du)(du)(du)高。管(guan)(guan)道式安裝方(fang)(fang)式,現(xian)場安裝方(fang)(fang)便,采用(yong)(yong)(yong)抗干擾電(dian)路(lu)設計,可(ke)經(jing)受住現(xian)場變頻(pin)器等各種(zhong)強電(dian)磁干擾;
設備采用防水外殼設計,探頭過濾網采用25um高強度不銹鋼材料,既能保證氣體分子進入又防止粉塵顆粒及水滴進入,可應用于潮濕、高粉塵場合,經久耐用。
(1)電流型輸出信號轉換計算
例(li)如(ru)量(liang)(liang)程-40~+80攝氏度(du)(du)(du),4~20mA輸出,當(dang)輸出信號(hao)為(wei)12mA時,計算(suan)當(dang)前溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)值。此(ci)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)量(liang)(liang)程的跨度(du)(du)(du)為(wei)120度(du)(du)(du),用16mA電流信號(hao)來表達(da),120度(du)(du)(du)/16mA=7.5度(du)(du)(du)/mA,即電流1mA代表溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)變化7.5度(du)(du)(du).測量(liang)(liang)值12mA-4mA=8mA.8mA*7.5度(du)(du)(du)/mA=60度(du)(du)(du)。60+(-40)=20度(du)(du)(du),當(dang)前溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)為(wei)20度(du)(du)(du)。
(2)電壓型輸出信號轉換計算
例如量程(cheng)-40~+80攝氏度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du),0-10V輸(shu)出,當(dang)(dang)(dang)輸(shu)出信號(hao)為5V時,計(ji)算當(dang)(dang)(dang)前(qian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)值。此溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)量程(cheng)的跨(kua)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)為120度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du),用(yong)10V電壓(ya)信號(hao)來表達,120度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)/10V=12度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)/V,即電壓(ya)1V代(dai)表溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)變(bian)化12度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du).測量值5V-0V=5V.5V*12度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)/V=60度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)。60+(-40)=20度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du),當(dang)(dang)(dang)前(qian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)為20度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)。
1)PLC采集不到數據
答:請檢(jian)查設備(bei)輸(shu)出類(lei)型;設備(bei)是否上電。
2)采集到的信號與實際差很大
答:請檢查(cha)設(she)備量程(cheng)及(ji)數據換算(suan)關系。
3)變送器輸出有跳動
答(da):變送(song)器與采集器之間距離過長(chang),造成信號(hao)紊亂。
4)如何快速判定問題
答:暫(zan)時不接后級采集設備,萬用表測量變送器信號(hao)輸出。
